Position Summary:

The Business Analyst, Sales Enablement plays a key role in working closely with Bio-Techne’s global commercial teams to gather and analyze business requirements, define capability roadmaps, and manage project delivery to ensure that the sales teams are equipped with the tools and resources they need to sell effectively. This person will play a critical role in ensuring that the technology and processes being developed satisfy the business objectives and requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive collaborating across multiple teams in a dynamic environment where priorities change frequently and where strong communication and delivery skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with the commercial teams, including leading regular stakeholder reviews and planning sessions.
  • Partner with the global commercial teams to identify areas where they need support and develop solutions to address those needs.
  • Lead the Salesforce commercial product owner team, including defining a capability roadmap, writing user stories, and backlog grooming.
  • Work with the technology scrum teams to refine user stories, secure sprint commitment, and manage user acceptance testing.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify compliance with best practices and create strategies to address areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver commercial training programs to improve the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the commercial team is aligned with other areas of the business, including global marketing, product development and customer service.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and tools in sales enablement and share that knowledge with sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years’ of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business need into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement tools and techniques, including Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and drive projects forward.
  • Proven experience with user experience (UX) or user interface (UI) design or similar role strongly preferred.
